Way of working

Experiential Training

The exercises make use of your own life experiences as the center point of your training to evaluate the unconscious thought process. The effectiveness of self examination shows you clearly how to overcome your limiting thoughts. You will see direct results in your daily life leaving a lasting positive impact.

 

Individual Training

Both theory and practical exercises are presented to the group, but all exercises are carried out individually. It is essential that the training is absorbed at your own pace. After each exercise your personal coach will discuss your findings with you in a calm and relaxed environment.

Who is Core The Philosophy


You tend to think you see things as they are, that you are objective. But this is not the case. You see the world, not as it is, but as you are- or as you are conditioned to see it. In a way you constantly create your own reality by believing in your thoughts without question, this can limit your ideas of achieving greater possibilities. We often sa: 'there is no reality, only perception'.
Everything has a beginning and an end, everything comes and goes, set backs will always pass. You may realise the foothold you already have may not be worth holding on to any longer. By broadening your perspective and seeing where a separation lies you can reconnect with your passions and qualities and feel relaxed in your environment.
