Annette Raaijmakers
Psychotherapist (NVVP), Director
Prior to founding the Core Institute in 1992, Annette spent many years giving psychotherapy consultations and personal coaching throughout Europe and the United States. The basis of the core management training is based on her extensive experience in self management and therapeutic coaching.
Fokko Ketel
Coach (IPPA) & Developer
Prior to co-founding the core institute, Fokko was a partner of an information technology consultation and production company where he previously designed various middle management training programs, As well as developing a number of interactive CD-i’s and CD-ROMS for The Ministry of Education, Traffic Safety Netherlands and the textile industries. Fokko identified the need to develop the core management training program utilising a wealth of industry experience which includes several international projects sponsored by the European commission in Denmark and Germany. As a Core partner he is actively involved in all Core training programs and activities.
Additional trainers
Annette and Fokko form a strong partnership with additional team trainers Arjan ten Broecke, Sarah Ketel, Albertine van Peursen and Marcelle de Jong. They are fortunate to have a fantastic team of trainers with diverse employment and educational backgrounds, ranging from Law, Business studies, educational management and Psycho analytical practices. Including specialty trainings in NLP, MBTI, Enneagram and Zen. The Core team operates on a international level and trainings can be presented in English and German.
